The second annual Southwest Agricultural Issues Summit will take place at the Skirvin Hilton in Oklahoma City, Okla., from Sept. 8-10, 2013.

The summit will again bring agricultural leaders from across the greater Southwest region together for a three day event to discuss key issues facing agriculture, as well as the opportunity to network with fellow agricultural influencers in the industry.

About the Hosts
This summit is once again hosted by the Southwest Council of Agribusiness and the Texas Ag Forum.

The Southwest Council is an alliance of agricultural organizations, financial institutions and businesses. It was established to actively advocate for strong agricultural policy, which is so important to the business and economy of the greater Southwest area, including Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas.

The Texas Ag Forum is a group of ag leaders and representatives coordinated by the Ag and Food Policy Center at Texas A&M University from across Texas that provides an open forum for public discussion of problems and issues facing agriculture.
